A deposit of $250.00 per person is required to secure your booking.
The balance is due by 25th May 2027. Bookings made after this date must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
Available room types include Twin, Double, Single, Triple, and Willing to Share.
- For Willing to Share, we will attempt to pair you with another solo traveller of the same gender.
- If no suitable match is available, a single supplement will apply.
- If either matched traveller finds the arrangement unsuitable, both may be required to move to single rooms (subject to availability), with each paying the additional single supplement.
- The Will Share option closes after the balance due date.
Passenger Pickup & Return
Cardwell’s Coach Travel provides pickup and return from major towns in North, North-East, Central Victoria, and Southern NSW, including:
Albury, Wodonga, Wangaratta, Benalla, Seymour, Bendigo, Finley, Kerang, Echuca, Deniliquin, Yarrawonga, Corowa, and surrounding areas.
Passengers outside these regions may access free overnight accommodation in Numurkah and secure car storage at our Numurkah depot.
Melbourne Airport pickup and return is available; a surcharge may apply—please contact our office.
To cover administrative and prepaid costs, the following fees apply:
- Before balance due date: $50 per person administration fee, plus any expenses already incurred on your behalf.
- On or after balance due date, or after the tour has commenced: No refund is available.
All fares and itinerary details are correct at the time of printing. Errors or omissions will be corrected as required.
Changes in government duties, taxes, or policies by airlines, rail, or cruise operators are outside our control.
Discounted travel arrangements may be subject to seat/berth availability.
Once full payment has been received, fares are fixed.
Tour duration includes both the departure and return days.
Prices do not cover extra accommodation or transfers required due to delays, strikes, or schedule changes.
Payments made via travel agents are not considered received by Cardwell’s until a Booking Confirmation or Payment Receipt is issued.
Cardwell’s reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings where payment has not been received and may offer space to waitlisted passengers if necessary.
Passengers whose physical or mental condition prevents independent travel, safe participation, or comfort for other passengers may be refused travel.
Travellers requiring assistance must be accompanied by a capable companion.
All itineraries, accommodation, tours, and cruise components may change without notice and are provided as a general guide only.
Alterations may occur due to weather, road conditions, supplier performance, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. All changes will be made in passengers’ best interest.
If fuel prices reach $3.00 per litre, a $5.00 per person, per day fuel surcharge will be added to the final balance. This surcharge is subject to change.
A daily seat rotation system ensures all passengers have a fair and varied seating experience throughout the tour.
Each passenger may bring:
- One medium suitcase (maximum 20 kg / 42 lbs)
- One carry-on bag for onboard use
- Luggage exceeding these limits cannot be carried.
We recommend passengers take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including cancellation fees, medical or curtailment expenses, loss of luggage, or early departure due to illness or death.
Please ask your travel agent for details at the time of booking.
If circumstances beyond our control—such as terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events—delay or prevent us from fulfilling obligations, this will not constitute a breach of contract and no compensation will be payable.
Our responsibilities will be suspended for the duration of the event, and revised terms and conditions may apply thereafter.
Tours may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not met. Full refund provided.
